Four Hour Body - 7th Week Complete

It's a good week as I measure before "cheat day" begins.  Still getting slow progress.

From this point forward, I think I'll be happy with even-or-down.  It's working, and I don't feel significantly deprived.

%Body Fat -    0.3% down       (2.3% total down)

Four Hour Body - Sixth Week Complete

Progress was slow this week, but eeked forward just a bit... perhaps due to Super Bowl Sunday binge!

Total Inches - Down 0 for the week (7.375 inches total down)
Weight - Down 0.4 pounds (9.5 lbs  total down)
% Body Fat - Down 0% (2.0% total down)

This week will be focusing on 
- exercise
- reduce wine consumption
- reduce diet sodas
